Thoughts

“COVID-19 came at a time where I had to stop what I Loved to do and focus on a better way to Pursue my passion . I didn’t know what was going to be next and how long it was going to last . I watched the world change in a way Ive only seen in movies . No direct smiles , Conversations or being able to cook for my food lovers . It all stopped and now we are more on guard then ever.

I wanted to be able to do more , give and still feel the reaction of my food lovers . Prayer , Reading and balance was all I needed . So I used this time to work on bringing my life to them ,showing them that even though we are 6 Feet apart I will still be able to fill you’re belly’s with what I am great at FOOD!! FOOD IS THE WAY TO ANYONES HEART LOL . Watching the reaction of people is just as great as their smiles. Being able to began my food truck business in the mist of a pandemic was a nail biting decision but I realized it wasn’t about me , it’s about showing the people COVID-19 didn’t stop anything it gave me a REASON to continue what I started !
