LEATHER CRAFTSMAN
Baltimore, MD
“I like most people haven’t been able to interact on a personal level with my extended family because of the quarantine. We now mostly interact by phone and live streaming. My leather crafting business has come to a complete stop. I’m unable to get supplies and sales have all but vanished. I have inventory but no clients. As a plus I’ve actually have more time to devote to designing and creating my leather products. I’ve also put my sewing skills to work by mass producing face mask for my online business and have them available for free for essential workers at a local hospital. I haven’t endured any unbearable adverse hardships like some other families and individuals. My wife Paula and have food and supplies. I personally know people that have had family members transition because of the virus and a friend’s father in law just transitioned 2 days ago after contacting the virus. I pretty much am a homebody so the stay in place order fit my lifestyle. I’m a photographer enthusiast and have been furthering my interest with online studies with several master photographers with the time I have while sheltering in place. I pray each day for guidance and mercy for all.”
